It's official now, Revis = Richardson + Saunders
Shoot, we should have taken Tom Savage.

I don't understand this pick at all.  Early 4th round pick for a return specialist, and maybe (MAYBE), a slot receiver?  This early, they must have some type of plan.  Hope it works out.

Least he fits the offense and has special teams value

Yeah, I understand the concept.  I don't see the upside of this pick to other players that were available.  That doesn't mean anything, I just don't see it.

I agree. I would have rather Ellington, DAT or Bryant... even another CB like Desir.

Even Evans, who we took a few picks later.  Head scratcher.  Maybe they horribly miss spelled Bruce Ellington on the card.

Saunders is very similar to Thomas

You think he can get up to 180 and maintain speed? Im just worried about him lasting if he can make an impact. I guess he may be a better fit than DAT being that I think DAT is more of a RB and Sanders is more of a slot WR. Both have ability in return game.

Apparently from a conference call he is up to 175 now. Not that bad.

Also, from our supposed interest in Austin last year, it shouldn't surprise that we liked Saunders a lot.

That's why I prefer Saunders. Think we could use this kind of weapon better in the passing game, and Saunders is a far better receiver.

Saunders (and Carr) in a pro-style offense:

TY Hilton is a fair comparison

If in 4 years he becomes half the player TY Hilton became in 2, this pick will be a success
Need a new one for a new board...
