I gained 20 lbs. 165-185 in 6 months.

6 lbs muscle, 14lbs fat.

Good thing I'm tall and athletic, I hide it well.

After having to take some time off from squatting I finally was able to again on Monday.

I wasn't able to foam roll and I have some brutal DOMS right now.  It was painful to walk to my car.

I'm going for losez.  Eating less, cutting down on fats.  Trying to get out and at least walk at night.  Lost about 10# but I'm leveling out.  And that's just my penis.

I gained like 15lbs this summer. Oops. Been trying to keep it under 2000 calories to cut down again.

You ate enough of those salty ham rolls from the tailgate, that you'll retain enough water for the next 6 months.

No kidding.  I'm still thirsty.

I've been taking some olympic lifting classes through my gym and now my snatch has a 115lb barbell in it. One day I'll be able to type in a respectable number.

I'm doing my first ever 10k this Sunday. Realistically looking at finishing anywhere in the 50-55 minute range and I'd be a happy guy. I'm just coming off another soccer season, so I figure what better time to try it then now?
