I forgot to post this but the other day at the gym I saw this bro super setting incline barbell and decline barbell press. pretty standard right.
except this goonball would take the bar with the plates attached down off the rack, walk it down past the military press through a crowd of people, and to the other rack. every other set.
My dad always says he's undefeated at tailgating

Maybe it's not I who doesn't know what he's talking about

Thanks. Me and my father in law had a small glass of the Balvenie afterward as a reward. Thanks again Jim, that excrement is smooth.

Yeah.

Actually, I felt good the whole way through. Kinda surprised myself. Felt like I could have kept running. I actually alternated stouts with waters last night and only had 3 so I felt phenomenal this morning.

Hahaha....slow down

It's just a couple of 10Ks done back to back. You said yourself that you could have kept going.

The weather's been great here, so I'm sticking to my intervals routine for now.

I've been using a speed chute, and it's made more difference than I thought.  Our pull sled is a piece of excrement and it's too much of a hassle to get all of the weights out to the field.

I just did my first 10k, I'm not doubling it up right away. For me, I just want to be good to play 90 and look decent doing it.

Well, you don't double it straight away, obviously. You just make your long run next week 11K. And then 12K the week after that. And before you know it, you're running a half marathon and 10K is a nice gentle midweek training run.
