Our host (Bluehost) had a significant outage which took down (as far as we can tell) all their VPS environment, and they were appallingly bad at getting it back up. I'd like to say it won't happen again, but three outages in six months doesn't give us a lot of faith.
We have paid up until later on this year but we have the right to end the agreement early if we wish. Having an outage like that during the draft or a game would be beyond annoying, so right now we're leaning towards shifting hosts (although the possibility of wringing several months of free hosting out of Bluehost by way of compensation also appeals).
If anyone has any experience (and I mean first hand experience rather than "I saw XYZ company advertise on TV and the chick was hot, we should try them") through their work or whatever of a good host, then we're keen to hear. First hand experience, good or bad, is more important than the sales talk and flannel from their website.
