I've been with them for a few years, and no complaints. No noticeable downtime, and they upgrade you pretty frequently.

If having a managed server/VPS is not a necessity, I'd consider Digital Ocean or Linode - both are bare-bones VPS providers, and both have SSDs now.

Also I am unable to load via my iPad mini. Now granted it's taking forever to load anything else as well, so that might be on my end, but the site is still playing dead on my mobile.

Our new webhost experienced an outage due to a faulty switch.  Connection testing, reconfiguration of the port, and a server reboot was required.  We were down for approx. 2 hours.

It's definitely cheaper. Better is yet to be determined. The fact that a) they took two hours to recover from the outage and not two days, and b) they immediately gave us some compensation rather than requiring us to jump through corporate hoops is an improvement, but if it happens once a month it will be an issue. We shall see; we're not big time committed to these people right now.
