Not much news, but still.

Woody says the Jets are "continuing to have dialogue" with Mo Wilkerson but a deal will only get done if "it makes sense for both sides."

My gut feeling is that they will trade Mo. Deal getting done if it makes sense to both sides means deal will get done if Mo drops his price to what we are offering. Idiot-zik could have gotten this deal done before JJ Watt's deal at a much lower cost. He's the reason why we're in this position right now.

I doubt Mo would have signed before Watt.

No one has any idea how the negotiations are. Watt and Suh reset the market a bit, which will hurt us in negotiations, but who is to say that Wilkerson was going to take a below market value deal before anyway?

Oh excrement were fucked

http://www.patsfans.com/new-england-patriots/messageboard/threads/football-speculation-muhammad-wilkerson-unhappy-in-jetsland.1120566/

Quote
With Muhammad Wilkerson reportedly unhappy with his contract situation with the Jets. Would the Patriots be prudent to inquire about a trade? Wilkerson is an impact player at the defensive line position. And the Jets might be persuaded to give up a disgruntled employee for a draft pick or two.

Plus it would further fuel the rivalry, Wilkerson vs Revis. Which is the better defensive choice investing resources to load up on DL or loading up at CB?

What if the Pats trade for Wilk ! Zohnoes

Trade what? Their missing first round pick? Oh wait it's Pats Fans so they think it will cost a 2017 6th round pick

Why? A significant amount of them are bigger fans of Brady than the Patriots, and the Kraft press conference demonstrated that.

Why does everyone assume Wilk is disgruntled? Last I heard he was working out with Sheldon somewhere else. He'll be here for mandatory camp.

I personally believe that Mo Wilk is extremely gruntled so I don't get it either.

Interesting article on Mo here, and spoiler: it isn't especially encouraging news for you if you invested in a #96 jersey.
