Other fries at the top of my list are Longhorn Steakhouse's seasoned fries, Arby's seasoned curly fries, KFC wedges, and McDonald's (but before they both changed theirs Wendy's and BK's were above McD's, now they're both meh).

Trying to think about fries from a place I don't like, and the only one that really stands out is White Castle's. Crinkle cut is bad enough, but while I love a sack of belly bombs, the fries are straight trash and they taste as steamed as the burgers.

I don't think they're a thing anymore, they replaced them with their current fries.  They're good; the wedges were better.

I totally forgot about the elite Nathan's fries. Completely bucks the "crinkle cut sucks" trend. I'm not particularly fond of hot dogs, but Nathan's fries and onion rings qualifies as a meal to me.
