Meh. They do this all the time. They had Aerosmith and the backstreet boys one year. Who cares, I never watch the halftime show anyway.

I'd like skip the halftime show too, but I don't know what I'd do with myself for those 15 minutes. Sulk outside by myself while everyone else watches it?

That'll be a like...8:35AM Monday start for you in Hong Kong there, eh?

Early start, maybe cruise into the office around 3.

If the Pats are in the Super Bowl, I won't be watching anyway.

How can you not watch the Super Bowl? If by some evil planetary alignment the filth end up there, it just gives me more motivation to cheer for the NFC team. I watched the 2012 Super Bowl, it can never be harder to watch than that.

It's in New York.  He's already said the thought of the Pats winning there makes him ill.

I skipped the last Giants-Pats one, switched to work at the pizzeria. It was easy because everyone else wanted to switch off.
So it turns out, Italian Seafood was right an everyone can go freak themselves.

The only SB that I missed was Tampa and Oakland, and that's because I had to go to a family party. Didn't have any real interest in the matchup though. Still got to watch the final few minutes at a bar across the street at least.
