Drive killer

Sucks that he wasn't bad enough to get Geno killed.

Not really any brilliant analysis here or anything from rotoworld but

Quote
The Jets are expected to "actively pursue" the free agent guard market.
Orlando Franklin, Clint Boling, and James Carpenter are mentioned as potential targets. Stefen Wisniewski, Justin Blalock, and Todd Herremans are also free agents.

It's not surprising that you still don't know how Rotoworld works

Yes its from the same article Bo linked.

But that article specifically mentions
Quote
as for possible replacements, the source said that the Jets will actively pursue some of the bigger names in free agency at guard, including Clint Boling of the Cincinnati Bengals and James Carpenter

The Jets also appear interested in Denver Broncos offensive lineman Orlando Franklin, who can play guard or tackle and has an “ideal skill-set” for new offensive coordinator Chan Gailey's offense.

Now I dont know it they meant that as those are top free agent guards, or those are top free agent guards were interested in

For the salary we paid him, he did a very good job. He was a good low risk addition who held the fort for a little while. But it's time to get a long-term answer. Hopefully, the Mighty Boush can be the other.

No he didn't. He was a drive killing waste of space while we sat on tens of millions of dollars in cap space. freak him and freak Idzik.

Not his fault. For a depth guard with the ability to start, he was decent enough. I"m not saying he was even a league average guard, but he wasn't really expected to be one. For the nominal price we paid him, he actually worked out fairly well.
