I have to believe 99.999% of the problems with allegations against athletes are the idiotic situations they put themselves in. I couldn't believe the stories some of the pro hockey players would tell about the groupies.

Well it would be exceptionally easy for her to prove/disprove her allegations about him calling her constantly, sending pictures, Facebook pictures etc etc

I just find it absolutely hilarious that included is the 25 million in punitive damages.

Our legal system is a freaking joke, she should be arrested for filing something so absurd

On rotoworld it says that the lawsuit is clearly a hoax (albeit a real lawsuit) and that the woman who "filed it" (she's a TV host or something)  didn't actually file it.

Yes, the lawsuit has been filed. It's a joke of a lawsuit though, as painfully obvious as that should be. So it's not real and nothing will ever come of it.
