I don't understand how people continue to do this past their first job.

My father has always been like this - and he's just good enough at figuring stuff out by himself that he's never really had to change. Find myself doing it to a certain extent to, something I really have to make an effort to avoid.

Hahaha, my favorite thing to tell my boss is "I'm not sure I can do that." Every time the response is: "Sure you can. I know you'll figure it out."

I usually do, but I need that buffer to allow me some time to figure it out after I post a few times here and on Twitter.

That's not a "concert in the city".

All the shows I attend are in Manhattan/Brooklyn anyway. I haven't seen a Jones Beach one that I've wanted to attend since 2008, and I was away that summer anyway.

Jones beach is terrible. I went one time to see a concert, can't remember who but it was packed to the balls with douche guidos. I remember the bathroom out side has a 4 inc lake of pee in it. women were going into the men's bathroom and squating in corners and peeing. I've never see anything like that before.
