I've just had this thing for so long it's slow and just drains battery. must be the only person still rolling with an iPhone 4

I own a samsung galaxy tablet and it really hasn't done enough to sway me over to the android side

I had an iPhone 4 up until last July....i switched to a Samsung Galaxy S4.  Changed my life for the better.

I also have a Google Nexus 7 tablet. I love it.

My wife's iPhone 4S is like a child's toy compared to my S4. In fact if Fisher Price were to make a My First Smartphone, they'd just re-badge the iPhone. iTunes is laughably awful and provides zero value to anyone other than Apple. I have no idea why anyone still uses iPhones, much less pay a ludicrous premium for them.

I just messed around with the settings on my phone the other day and the battery life is like 3x longer.

I think most phones you can improve their excrement quite a bit if you know how

Screen brightness, wifi, sleep mode and a few other things goes a long way

I only use my phone for google maps, music, email, and to call people. Don't care enough to make a switch.

pretty much that and just texting, fantasy sports, twitter, Facebook ect. Anything more complicated than that and I just use my laptop

I hear from pretty much everyone that the galaxy is superior and I don't doubt it, but I've never heard a good enough reason that would make me switch

It's exceptionally easy to pirate apps on Android phone, and wildly difficult to do so on a  iPhone.

I think that's by far the biggest advantage of an android over an iPhone.

Of course I'd imagine very few people actually use any apps other than the basic free excrement like Facebook Tapatalk Gmail etc

And most apps are becoming freeware anyway

I use my phone strictly for livejasmin.com.  Nothing else.  Not even calls.

When someone uses the phrase "the powers that be" in conversation. They don't even have to misuse it, even if it's completely applicable to the topic it still sounds so obnoxious.

I've mentioned this before, but the term Wally Pipp'd is being overused, mainly by Cimini.

That was my favorite way of passing the buck when I was in customer service.

gotta love how the DOT can strip the pavement off the highways around here in less than a day, and then they sit there like that all freaking month before they get repaved.

People who go to a concert and spend more than half the time on their phone.

I don't know how many times I've been tempted to smack a phone/camera out of someone's hands for blocking my view. If you're going to take pictures/video the whole time get the freak out of the front of the crowd.

I can't even stand to go to a concert anymore because I always get stuck next to some poopchute that is drunk dancing all over the place and running into me or in front of someone that decides to scream the entire time into my ear.  I'm probably just getting old.
