The annoying person that wouldn't stop talking to me when I was clearly ignoring her blabbering left our hospital in April.  Now another nicer person is in here now, but talks even more about meaningless bullshit.  I mean, I like to talk as much as anyone else, but I don't care to hear someone drone on about her kid's job at Papa John's and her coin collection.  I don't look at her or respond at all beyond a faint head nod every few seconds.  Still keeps blabbering.

Presumably for the same reason that an Ontario driver's license is not considered worthy of proving that a man in his mid 40s with grey hair is old enough to buy alcohol in the state of New Jersey, and thus has to call on a passing Badger to buy him beer like a desperate teenager. Fuckin' bureaucrats, man.
