When you randomly wake up in the middle of the night for no reason, and can't fall back asleep until 10 seconds before your alarm goes off to wake you up for the day.

I'm the goddamn G.O.A.T. at going back to sleep after being woken up. I typically have more trouble going to sleep in the first place but kids have solved that issue by draining all my life force.

when i wake up at night i never feel annoyed. the initial thought that usually goes through my head is "freak yeah, i dont have to get up yet, back to sleep for me" and i fall back to sleep within seconds to minutes.

maybe sleep deprivation/little total sleep has something to do with thinking that way, because whenever i first wake after sleeping, its usually when i have to get up and stArt going, which has been 4-5 hours after going to bed for the past 3 years
