I'm terrible for doing that, and then compounding the sin by having no recollection why I was calling you when you do call me back. I'm really sorry, I've done it forever and I know it's awful.

What makes it even worse is that I've made a lot of money over the last twenty years from selling voicemail systems. I'm the worst advert for them.
