i honestly haven't had a good nights' sleep in 3+ years due to lingering pain. I'm starting to get desperate. 

Anyone try these CBD/THC gummies? How potent are they?

canada mail order and dispensaries is kind of a regional free for all currently, half the stuff i get from the local delivery is ocs and the other half isnt.

your best bet is check out a local dispensary and talk to the people working there, or if theres none local, flat out ask the place youre gonna buy from for a recommendation/

also, avoid the reserve until youre comfortable buying, they will sell you trash if you sound unsure.

One of my dad's best friends is the founder and chairman of Delta9....they have 6 dispensaries in Manitoba .  I'll hit him up.

A little weed never hurt anyone. It does wonders for both sleep and pain. The medical dispensiaries are advanced enough now where they can recommend you specific product for either purpose
