There's a middle ground to be found between forcing a receiver at 10 and waiting until the end of the 2nd round to take one. We literally took a stud receiver at the top of the 2nd a year ago.
The middle ground of course is trading back, remaining in the first and then taking who they want with their other first rounder.
I definitely think as things are presently constituted (i.e. no one moves for a wide receiver via trade) that there's going be a run at receiver in the 20-32 range. Too many teams in that area still need help at the position.
If Sauce is there at 10, are you taking a receiver over him?
I wouldn't, but I also love Sauce. People are comparing him to Cromartie because he's a freak athlete, but he's way better instinctually coming out of college IMHO. In fairness, Cro was coming off of a torn ACL and didn't play his junior year.
