So yesterday I had some flounder, nothing fancy, just baked in the oven with some spice rub on it.
I take a bite and... something is wrong. I ask my wife what's in this and she says she just used the Cajun Creole spice rub she bought. I take another bite and it's still not right. I tell her something is weird about it, a flavor I can't recognize. She suggests maybe it's cinnamon. At this point I'm done with the fish.
I go into the kitchen, grab the bottle, read the ingredients. Cloves. freak CLOVES.
