Darnold isn't even throwing five yard checkdowns accurately.  WHAT THE freak

It's Gase, the OL and the receivers' faults.

Buffalo's defense is really good.  Not a good matchup for us week 1.  Maybe they can get it together and have better success against......the 49ers.  freak.

It was not a great signing because 1) you don't pay running backs and 2) you don't pay running backs.

The market says you're wrong. You don't pay mediocre running backs, but elite running backs who can catch and block are worth the money.

This.

Plus, are we sure Bell is still good?

Last year, Powell was more effective than Bell. This year, Gore was more effective than Bell today. The Steelers replaced Bell with James Conner, who was more efficient than Bell when he was healthy.

Are we sure Bell is still this elite running back? I'm not saying he is worse than those guys, but neither the Jets nor the Steelers saw any drop in production when he was gone.

Well, maybe the Giants will get smoked tonight.  Little victories.

Gore was more effective at what? Running into the line and falling forwards for a three yard gain? Bell had 8 touches for 46 yards in less than half a game.

I'm talking about running the ball. Bell is 6 for 14. Gore/Adams are 8 for 32.
