not sure how he was there....i configured the draft settings to "difficult" and took the most recently updated draft board.

Yes, probably. The bigger question is whether you do that deal if you're the Dolphins. I think they have a clear development plan in place and I'm not sure that surrendering all that draft capital they've built up for a player who's going to be 33 this season really fits with it.
