If you can get him in the 5th round or later, there's not much risk. 

Get him the ball in space.  If he gets destroyed out there, oh well.  If he becomes an occasional playmaker, it's a homerun. 

He was ALWAYS open at Louisville.  He has elite change of direction.

I can see him as a day 3 punt, his production in college merits it. I just don't know how you use him, because you can't use most of the route tree. Anything through the middle and he's going to actually die. You're pretty much relying on him being able to avoid contact at the LOS and use his speed outside to get open, because he's not winning anything that he has to compete for.

You manufacture touches for him.  Put him in the backfield as a decoy.  Run reverses and jet sweeps.  Throw him screens.  Send him down the seam.
