He still completed 70% of his passes and the first interception was Jamison Crowder's fault.  He's better than anything we've had at quarterback since Chad Pennington.

No argument. I just don't know if he's worth the sort of elite money that's being rumoured. If you could get him at the $20-22M mark I think that's probably about his value, but he's going to be given a lot more than that by someone. I'm not convinced he's worth it.

The issue for me isn't the yearly dollar figure it's the guarantee money.  Kirk wants a long term contract which will  come with a 9 figure contract and god knows how much guaranteed

They've also got an injury list big enough to fill an NHL roster, so teams will find ways to excuse his less than stellar performances.

I wouldn't be upset to have Cousins as a Jet, but I don't want to see us paying him $25M+ to do it.
