Most deff. I've had duck fat fries (belgian frites) at a place in Toronto called Beerbistro, and they were awesome. Voted the best fries in Toronto and are constantly a contender for best beer and atmosphere.

get the fries, they're delicious.

I love the Beer Bistro.  Went there 3 straight nights while i was in TO for Oracle training.
