In his postgame interview, he said he started off a speech in the locker room after pregame warmups because the Raider fans in attendance were disrespecting them in their own house.

All game long he was firing up the defense and offense.

I think we're past this at this point. When the time comes, pay the man. Closest thing to LT we've had on our defense going sideline to sideline and being on the ball since I've been watching the Jets, which is a long time. Yes, LT was a LB, spare me.
