Agreed, but the shots of the aftermath of that confrontation with the other enforcer really try to put a sympathetic tone in for them.

Frankly 90% of the characters were very unsympathetic.

It's basically the brother, maybe the sister. The old man possibly as well but he's a stone cold killer, at least he has some sort of code.

Loved the ending. Very Garland. Brought to mind two of my favourite movies ever, The Lawnmower Man and Transcendence.

Loved the whole series and want to watch it again, because I'm sure there's a whole bunch more stuff I'll see and like second time round.
