Josh Freeman signs with Minnesota
« on: October 04, 2013, 07:38:08 PM »
And it looks like EJ Manuel is out for at least a month in Buffalo.  Is Freeman a Bill before the weekend is through?  I assume Jacksonville won't go after him because they might win a game or two and that could take them out of the Tank for Teddy sweepstakes.  Tennessee?  Raiders?

Should the Green team from New York take a flier on a reclamation project?

My dad always says he's undefeated at tailgating

Maybe it's not I who doesn't know what he's talking about

Jets couldnt touch Freeman

Theyd get killed and be a total circus

No way a move like that happens with Idzik.

If we didnt have Geno and Sanchez ended up on IR then yeah bringing in Freeman would be a better option than us rolling with Simms/Quinn but as long as we have Geno (or even Sanchez if he gets back) no thanks

I just realized that Kolb was on IR for the bills. I forgot about that, so I guess the Bills, Titans, and Vikings make the most sense

Though the Vikings probably wont have any interest either.

Convinced hes a Titan or Bill soon

I would rather Rex Ryan hire Herm Edwards for clock management then claim Freeman off of waivers.

What is funniest thing about this situation is that Mark Sanchez and Josh Freeman could potentially be fighting for the same spot on a different team next year.

According to Adam Schefter, Minnesota and Oakland are Freeman's top spots because he wants to go somewhere that he can compete to start.

Oakland should play out the year with Terrelle Pryor.  Minnesota is his best option to play, in my opinion.  Ponder is awful.

Does Freeman ever start again in the league?

I believe the answer is the same as it is for Sanchez, not unless it's via injury.

Also with the Hoyer injury and Manuel injury, those maybe a potential spot for freeman
Need a new one for a new board...

This is what I'm thinking too.

Not sure if the Cleveland fans deserve Freeman on their roster.

Not exactly the Class of 83, are they?
So it turns out, Italian Seafood was right an everyone can go freak themselves.
