Just listened to Westhoff  on espn radio call Milliner a giant mistake. "Kid had 5 surgeries in college, and the Jets thought they could sprinkle some magic dust on him and make him durable?"

He's hated Milliner from day 1.  It's a bit of hindsight judgment, but he hasn't been proven wrong.

Who would've thought that the great Rex Ryan, defensive genius, would whiff on two first round cornerbacks?
"Wrong!"

Yeah, Westhoff's never missed an opportunity to bash Milliner. Like you said though, he has yet to have been proven wrong with him.

That's legendary. And he pulled it off within 15 minutes of the previous post.

I immediately took my break so I could post it.

I more concerned you're posting from a tailgate.

Did Milliner play at all? I didn't notice him.
So it turns out, Italian Seafood was right an everyone can go freak themselves.

I'm willing to bet Milliner plays very little if at all.  Might not even be active.  Dude hasn't played in a long time.

I was at least partially right.

Here's the thing for me: if Milliner is so bad he doesn't warrant getting on the field ahead of Marcus Williams why does he consume a roster spot?

He played on special teams.

Who else would you rather have on the roster?  If we cut him, we could sign a fifth string wide receiver that would never play.  That would help us.

Marcus Williams has played his derriere off for us in most games.  He deserves to be out there.  If Milliner doesn't do much of anything this year, he'll probably be on the roster bubble in the offseason.  It'd be pointless to cut him now.
He shook my hand breed tub and walked away
