SyFy confirmed Thursday that Jared Fogle will no longer be appearing in the network’s third Sharknado movie, Sharknado: Oh Hell No. The network stated that Fogle’s cameo has been cut as a result of the ongoing child pornography investigation in which Fogle is currently involved. The former Subway pitchman’s Indiana home was raided Tuesday by the FBI in connection with an investigation following the arrest of Russell Taylor, the former executive director of Fogle’s anti-obesity Jared Foundation, for possession of child porn.

No excrement but there's degrees,even by law and punishment, when it comes to pedos. There's a difference between an overdeveloped teenager and a young child. The former a person might be able to make a cultural/historical and even biological argument for, the latter is as simple as a piece of excrement predator.

I have no doubt he's guilty. All that stuff is traceable and the FBI uses a excrement load of resources.  Like I said, the Feds almost always stack the deck before they move on somebody. Whether it's the mafia, drug king pins or chomos.

The backlash of character smearing on an innocent public figure would make them look insanely incompetent. They had to be sure he's guilty.

The head of his charity got convicted of child porn.  While he might be guilty also, it's certainly possible they were there in regards to that, and not Jared specifically. 

Then again, maybe he's a creeper.  There's no way anyone here can do anything but speculate.

Yes. Two months before the raid according to that article. It's not like it was an immediate knee jerk. They probed and built a case.

Conversely, the Feds are not going to ask the dude nicely to hand over evidence in regards to his charity. They had to go in like this whether JF is involved or not. It's the guys charity, he probably picked the guy that got arrested, and more than likely they're friends.

 To run a big pedo investigation and make no mistake this is big, they have to cover their bases. Now does that mean JF is involved or they're looking to nail the other dude air tight you can not really tell. So until JF is charged, I am going to wait to kill him. Make no mistake if he is truly involved freak him to hell.

 However, before he is charged I an not going to say anything because it's not like the government hasn't fucked up big-time before, they're idiots many times.
