I'll never live in an HoA. Never happen ever I don't freaking care how rich or poor I am. The neighbors across the way were trying to start an HoA last year, I said I would only join if I was President for life and I had full veto authority on every decision, however minor. The application went nowhere, thankfully.

Just for the hell of it, did a Zillow search to see how close I could get to that.  Found a 625 sq ft 1 bedroom for $388k.  I'm not sure what's wrong with it, though, because the next cheapest 1 BR is $750k.

Haha, 325K could easily get over 2000 sq ft in my city.

If you people fail to crash dcm's house for your tailgate I'll be extremely disappointed.
