That's such a freaking stupid comparison.  They played on different teams and in different schemes.

McCown had a 13:1 TD to INT ratio in 2013 when Jay Cutler went down.  He is capable of managing a game.  Michael Vick and Geno Smith are not.  They are both turnover machines.

You mean he was good when he had matt forte, brandon marshall, alshon jeffery, martellus bennett, which was one of if not the best skill position players in the league ?
