-Smunt
-Idzik in general

Retaining Rex wasn't a negative because it saved us from Idzik having a pick a new coach. Then we'd still have Idzik and his guy.

we already knew what we had with Rex....Idzik, despite being a POS, should've been allowed to hire his own guy when he was hired.
