I was impressed to hear Maccagnan speak today, he sounds like he can put thoughts together and has an idea what he's doing, much better than Idzik. Bowles was good too but to me what needed to be fixed was the GM so hopefully we did that.

Mac was more intelligent and a better public speaker than the beat writers and reports gave him credit for before the hire.  Halfway through his first sentence I was convinced he is magnitudes better than Idzik.
