He was Jim Kelly's backup through most of their great years in Buffalo and later played for the Jets. He led what I think is the biggest comeback of all time in the first round of the playoffs, trailing at home to Houston something like 34-3 and bringing the Bills back to win. A lot of that was Houston ran the old Run and Shoot and didn't have the ability to run the ball to use any clock, even with the big lead. I believe Reich also led one of the bigger college comebacks of all time in a game when he played at Maryland. With the Jets he played a stretch of our 1-15 season in 1996, starting QB for the one win we had.
