Bad Biology brings to mind the theme of death and decadence found in several of Booth Tarkington’s novels particularly ’The Great Amberson’s’ (of later Orson Welles cinematic renown).  Actually that’s a bit of a stretch but like Cato said, that was an interesting read.   :-o
