Terminator: Genisys

Total reboot, other than the fact that the Governator will have a pretty big role.

Solid cast too:

Emilia Clarke (yummy) is Sarah
Jai Courtney (thought he was great as Bruce Willis' son) is Reese
Matt Smith (former Doctor Who) plays a new character
Jason Clarke (know exactly excrement about him) plays John

Maybe the machines will send a decrepit old body builder with saggy funbags into the past to stop the future.

Jason Clarke is on the come-up.  He was good in Zero Dark Thirty and the Apes sequel.

I wish James Cameron would come back for this.

Seems like they will spend a lot more time in the future.  T1 was my favorite by far, partly because it spent the most time in the future.

Arnold is back. Looks ancient, but still could be a solid action movie. I'll check it out.

And it looks like Khaleesi from GoT is Sarah Connor, neato.

Come on man!

This film is a coin toss.  I like the cast but it could totally suck as well.

Like I have the time to scroll to the 3rd page.

I think it'll be acceptable.  It's obviously not going to be t2,  but for an action flick it has a good cast

I will be trilled if it's not T2.  I might have to watch that movie again on mute.  Perhaps I would like it better.  But the mix of truly horrendous dialogue and way past their prime bands like Guns and Aero.  It's a total shitstorm.

I could suspend disbelief with T1.  It was a totally new story, and probably one of the best movies ever.

T2 on the other hand made so sense whatsoever.  There are at least 10 plot holes towards the end that just make me want to punch myself in the face.  They were laughing all the way to the bank as we chowed on popcorn.

T1 was scary on 100 different levels.  It was easily one of the best examples of sci-fi horror.  T2 was bubblegum.

Tell me one thing plot related about the movie that was great.  Yes, if you want a CGI summer spankfest, it certainly lived up to that.
