Ugh.  freaking partisan move intended to solidify their own power.  If this gets approved, the Democrats will never ever lose control of state and local seats.  Allow illegals to vote in state and local elections?  That's such absolute horseshit calling it similar to medical marijuana and gay marriage.  Here's an idea: word the bill in a way that ONLY gives them ID cards, but not amnesty, round them up, and get them the freak out of this country and to the back of the line to get in here legally.  I'm actually in support of immigration reform that allows for a bracero-like steady stream of workers to fill necessary jobs here.  I'm just sure as freak not in favor of amnesty for people who operate outside of that system.
