The data paints a startling image of the city's Asian population and specifically non-English speaking members in the Asian immigrant community, many of whom struggle to gain access to basic government-funded programs that aim to provide economic relief.

Maybe they struggle to gain access to basic government-funded programs because they're fuckn' illegal immigrants.

BTW, I hate reading rehashed analysis of data that I can look up myself. Here's a link to the report:

http://www.nyc.gov/html/ceo/downloads/pdf/ceo_poverty_measure_2005_2012.pdf

Here's the poverty line according to the CEO, which is about 33% higher than the official definition of poverty in the U.S.

One Adult*, One Child $21,696

Two Adults, One Child $27,314
Two Adults, Two Children $31,039

^

I went to downtown Greenville a few weeks ago and there must have been five fro-yo places within two blocks.

I also saw two stores that only sold popcorn across the street from one another.  You can't possibly make money selling bagged popcorn.

Why is it that everyone and there mother from long Island wants to move to Greenville these days?

I've probably heard ten people in the last year tell me they're looking at houses down there

Not sure.  Greenville's a pretty nice small city, but it's probably the third or fourth best place to live in this state.

I've never had frozen yogurt before and don't really care if I ever do, but we have a place downtown that people rave about. They had an event a while back that was 50% off or something, and people were queueing for half an hour for it. Outside. In Ottawa. In February. It was minus freaking twenty and those cunts were queueing for frozen yogurt.
