I don't have a clue how relations between the cops and poor black communities are going to improve, but whoever manages to find a way deserves the freaking Nobel Peace Prize.  It's so fucked on both sides with plenty of blame to go around for everyone.

I know an easy way to improve relations between black communities and cops.

Have someone walk up to AL Sharpton and put a bullet in his head
