Fitz puts it right in Calgary's pooper by sending a pick we got for a pending UFA who was leaving, and Shango who is a good middle six option when he isn't in Lindy's doghouse which is always for Toffoli.

Timo freaking Meier resigns. 8 @ 8.8. Slight overpay, but the slight is literally like 500-800k so who gives a freak.

The NHL has the worst broadcast policies and agreements of any sport in North America. It's absolute horseshit - I can't buy one streaming service that shows me every Sens game, because I live in region. The only way to see every game is to subscribe to cable sports and I refuse to do that again.

I have my cable provider's sports package but couldn't watch because I don't have ESPN+ or Hulu.

That OT goal was absolutely gross. Luke's goal was really sweet as well.

I went to UBS for the game tonight. GREAT arena, great atmosphere, Isles fans are always super cool, its a really nice place to watch a game.

I was shocked at how many Devils fans invaded the place.

No Nico and no Jack make the Devils a very dull team.

They actually played their best game defensively against an awful Blackhawks team, but I have a sneaking suspicion Colorado is going to be a much different test.
