College Football (Week 8)
« on: October 17, 2013, 09:29:13 PM »
Stephen Morris is imploding tonight.

North Carolina is a quarter away from a pretty solid upset.   It will be a hell of a fight though.

ASJ might be seeing less of them.

Ebron Bron is coming after that #1 spot.

how about that TE on UNC? can't say I'm too sad about Miami getting upset.
My dad always says he's undefeated at tailgating

Maybe it's not I who doesn't know what he's talking about

I still think that Gil Brandt is senile.

I still think that Gil Brandt is senile.

I think he crammed too many useless factoids and stories about random towns in the middle of nowhere into his brain to remember anything else.  Every time he takes a caller on XM NFL radio and they say where they are from, he comes back with, "Ahhh, Red Oak, Nebraska..........back in 1962 there was a little diner on the corner of Main Street that only opened after 3 PM and served pancakes and pork chops.  I met Mike Ditka's brother's mailman there for coffee one day and blah blah blah......"

Pretty interesting game tonight with Teddy Bridgewater to face a UCF passing defense that has only allowed 212 Y/G and just 2 touchdowns.

Additionally, Blake Bortles is facing a Louisville allowing 161 Y/G and just 4 touchdowns.  Not sure how well known he is here, but he is having a strong year.  Good test for him, as well as Bridgewater tonight.

He Logan Thomas'd himself in one night.

Ebron is a beast, there was no answer for him. If he tests well he could be a top 15 guy.

And lastly, LOLisville.

I'm glad that Louisville lost, but it had nothing to do with Bridgewater.  He had a strong performance.

Blake Bortles is a the man, and UCF is a really underrated team.
