No commuting + loss of parts of basketball/baseball seasons + virtually no going out in the evening gave me a lot of new free time

Before I come up with that, thank you for making a good chunk of that list possible.

I ended up "I own a house?" Redid the kitchen, installed a penny floor (would not recommend) poured a concrete countertop (this was fun) new cabinets, fridge, stove, etc.

Top 10
Uncut Gems
Knives Out
Blade Runner 2049
Aliens
The Invisible Man
Memories of Murder
The Godfather: Part II
Seven Samurai
Zodiac
The Handmaiden

Honorable mentions: The Thing, Amélie

For the top 10 I tried to avoid double dipping into the same trilogy or same director's work. Was pretty hard to narrow it down, went from the original list down to 30, then down to 15, then the above picks.

Very disappointed that Oldboy and Train To Busan didn't make that list. Unless you're talking about the Spike Lee remake of the former, in which case the biggest mistake was watching it in the first place.

My favorite of the Oldboy trilogy was actually Lady Vengeance.

I honestly don't remember it at all.

I'm very fond of Tinker Tailor.  Gets better every time I watch it.

I enjoyed it and thought it was well made but it's probably not a rewatch candidate for me. Most things aren't.

Usually if I'm rewatching something it's because it's an easy "roller coaster" fun movie, or because something was so good I had to show it to someone else.

Have not. Can't says as the synopsis really sells it.
