Tim Wright is an underrated player, I like his game. Hope they don't get too high of a pick.

Yeah, wouldn't surprise me. Difficult to see where Belichek is going with this - interior o-line was definitely their most uncertain part of their roster. From what I've read no one has had a dominant preseason, they've been shuffling around players already.

Patriots will receive Bucs' fourth-round pick in 2014 in additon to TE Tim Wright in exchange for G Logan Mankins.

I assume he meant 2015, but still, seems like a steal for the Bucs.

I honestly can't see Belichek wanting to sign Revis through his age 32-33ish seasons. CBs can fall off a cliff so quickly, and I don't see these new defensive holding rules being kind to Revis if he loses half a step.

Exactly. Like I said in my last post, Belichick doesn't normally sign big extensions to older players. Revis is starting to get older.

So wouldn't an extension mean they need to pay that?

I was under the impression the Revis contract was structured in a way that virtually guaranteed the patriots have to cut him after this season
