I actually saw Rex say that this morning on Sunday Countdown and it didn't even occur to me at the time what a cunty thing that was to say, but it really was. I'm no lover of Geno, but that was some bullshit.

If you start Geno Smith, you get what you deserve.

As for Rex's comment, I didn't see it, but I don't think he was wrong to say it. First, Geno was forced on him by Idzik. Let's not forget that it was Idzik's call that got Sanchez injured in garbage time.

Rex is also paid now to give his opinion. Other sports personalities are defending him today because he did exactly what he's paid to do: give his honest opinion, no matter how you might feel about it.

Also, freak Geno.
