Giants fans couldn't wait to replace Beatty, but he was playing because they didn't have any better options.

They were ready to move Justin Pugh inside to guard and dump John Jerry from what I heard. Now those plans may have to be scrapped.

The line setup was clear as day when they took Flowers. Jerry had no place going back after last year. Bobby Hart could be a sleeper to get snaps for them this year, the kid started a lot of games at FSU and has potential despite being such a late pick.

How long do torn muscles take to repair? 4-6 months or is it as long as ACL surgery?

Yeah I didn't think a muscle tear at this point isn't as catastrophic as a ligament tear.

Well its 5 months for recovery.

I imagine at the minimum he will start the season on the PUP and miss the first 6 games.  Then with him being presumably out of shape and the mix of things unless someone is really struggling whether he could be a solid starter at that point
