We'll see what they look like tonight but I really hope we can take advantage of no Caleb.

This is an important game. We're in a stretch of games that are winnable. I'd like to see us take that next step and learn how to close. (Looking at you defense and especially you special teams!)

Our version of closing is to just get a big enough lead that overcompensates for when we blow it in the 4th.  Need a minimum of 17 pt lead going into the 4th.

Sadly, that might actually be the way to do it.

It would help if we could actually score before halftime, rather than playing prevent offense.

Agreed with all of this but we might need to recalibrate the way we view the Browns and Raiders

If they win this game, 5-3 is very realistic.

Season isnt over if they lose, but team probably isnt good enough to actually contend for a playoff spot.

It is nice to watch the games through a playoff lens again. Even if it isn't super realistic.

I want to see us move from the bottom third or the league to the middle third this year. I think that's a fair expectation.

Yeah, I thought about that, but nah. F both of them.

Agree 100% here. Being near the playoffs in December was always my "hope for the best" scenario. Anything more than that and I'm buying what Glenn is selling, even with the mindboggling decision-making.

I'm old enough to remember when Klint Kubiak was my top target for Jets HC.  The Raiders being 3-0 hurts my brain.

We're boned

I would love for us to be competitive while AG continues to choke away every game before his inevitable firing and we get 3 top 5 draft picks and my dad comes back from the store with milk and cigarettes

Monken was my candidate in 2019. They chose Adam Gase.

Browns and Raiders are both better than we thought. But the Jets will either be favored or right around pick'em to win both games. Those are the games the Jets need to win if they want to show they are different than they have been.

We still don't know who Chicago's starting QB will be on Sunday.

It sounds like Tyson Bagent is taking first team reps.
