It's time for this team to take a step in the right direction and it starts today.  Aaron Glenn and the Jets have to beat bad teams and Tennessee is one of those.

This is a must-win for this regime.

Offensively, they have an inexperienced QB, a weak offensive line, and limited weapons at the skill positions.

Defensively, their best linebacker is out.  We need to take advantage of that today.

I don't know that what Cam Ward is right now is any worse than what Geno is right now.  He does have a disadvantage in regard to experience though.  Ward protects the ball better, at least in 1 season's evidence.

I hope Fitzpatrick shores up the backend.  We are meh back there otherwise. 

I think what will make the difference in this game is whether our pass rush can get home.  If we just bang up against a wall all day and give Ward time, we lose.  If we can get some pressure here and there on him, we can win.  I hope we blitz heavy and make Ward react quickly.

Dick makes some good points.

I didn't realize that GW and Adonai didn't play a single snap together last year.

I also didn't know that not a single UDFA from this year made our roster.

I expect Glenn will have a lot of help on the head coaching decisions today since he's calling defense.
 Good that he has Reich around to help with that.
