we have a better oline, we don't play in the NFC West,  our coaching staff (on paper) is better now.

the only thing Arizona has is a stud TE.

They've got Maserati Marv

Been begging this team to sign Brisset as a transition QB for years.

I think 5 first-round picks over the next 2 drafts is enough to put the Jets in a decent spot going forward, even with the bad coaching situation. The Dolphins, Browns and Cardinals are clearly in worse shape than the Jets. Are the Steelers, Titans, Colts, Raiders, and Falcons clearly in better situations?

Short-term, things are bleak, but the long-term still has a chance to be very bright, even if it's hard to see since the QB and coach of that potential brightness likely are not here.

I dont know how educated the Cardinals fanbase is, but if they're aware of who got hired to coach their team, I would imagine the seppuku statistics will be going up in the desert.

Every single one of those teams has ownership more highly rated by the players than us. Overlay the lame duck coaching staff that will likely all be gone this time next year and any player with options is going to choose another team over the Jets, so we're stuck signing players who have no other options.

who cares?

The Patriots scored lower than us according to the 2025 NFLPA reports cards, and they're in the superbowl.  Find another hill to die on.

It also would be surprising if we moved on from the one position coach who clearly did a good job last year.
Need a new one for a new board...
