Can't add post to topic, but seems to let me start a new one.  Says database error.  Not sure if it's on my end.

Edit nevermind.  Wouldn't let me post a cut and paste, but I can post something I type.  Weird.

Have had the same issues. Will not let me post saying database error, try again with the cut and paste, says there is something wrong with the cut/paste.

I've only noticed it from smaller mobile devices though (iphone, ipad). Never have those issues from a laptop

It's a character set issue. We don't know why it's happening, but it's intermittent.

JE has character issues.
