Can't imagine it means much since there's nowhere else to go.

Also, the Jets and Giants own the StadiumCo so they're basically leasing from themselves. I presume the out clause is in case of a fallout and one wants to sell out their piece to the other and freak off to pastures new.

I like Nissan Stadium quite a lot (where the Titans play now.) I don't like it but I get what they're going for in this render, the outside pretty much encapsulates Nashville as a city. They're trying to pull in non-football fans. The interior looks pretty good though.

The Bills render looks like a fuckin fish bowl.

Metlife sucks, it reminds me of the pooper where the fins play. That piece of excrement was built eons ago. Metlife is the sweaty unwiped asscrack of stadiums. I wish it died.
