My gut reaction is I don't like it because Claxton was my favorite current Net and Randle is one of my least favorite players.

But I can see the vision if:

-Claxton was truly checked out and wouldn't reach his full potential here
-Randle can still score and rebound at a plus level
-Sharpe takes the next step up

Then the core goes from Claxton-MPJ-Demin to MPJ-Demin-Randle-Sharpe and if they manage to land Acuff tonight, that's an interesting lineup.

But if they were ultimately trading Claxton, I wish they did it a year ago before the last tank session, while his value was likely higher.
